Future Skills – abilities and attitudes of future leaders – are the essential foundation for future ready leadership.
That implies skills like the ability of critical and intuitive thinking, empathy and curiosity, solution focus and fearfree approach to the unknown.
All this we will tackle and perfectionate in these three months.
Mastermind, that means evolvement and process oriented working. Both is conceptualized so you can do it alongside your daily duties. It is not just knowledge acquisition, yet an exchange, too.
It´s a growing next to each other and a thorough view on the “Future and how can I be a valuable leader within shaping it”.
That implies it always is interactive. At the same time you acquire knowledge and receive work documents. This mix supports your working on your vision of the future and its implementation.
The result does not depend on my inputs and your presence only but on your engagement, too. Ideally you result in developing a roadmap to future success, making a difference while persueing your career, leading successfully your department, your organisation or your business.
